Local Campaign Distribution Dates

•Only the parent/legal guardian of a single family are able to request toys and must be present, with government issued photo ID to pick up toys. An alternate contact may also pick up at the event if you are unable to attend distribution, as long as the alternate contact's name is listed on your application.
•Dixie, Gilchrist, and Levy residents must attend distribution in Chiefland.
•Alachua County residents must attend distribution in Alachua County.

Toy distribution for Gilchrist, Dixie & Levy County will be held on Friday, December 18, 2026 in the parking lot of Chiefland Walmart. Pickup times are as follows:
 
VERY IMPORTANT: NO ADDITIONAL PICKUP DAYS/TIMES WILL BE OFFERED, therefore it is critical that you plan ahead to ensure that you (or your alternate authorized pickup person) can attend this event. Alachua County Distribution Information - Approved Families Only
Saturday, December 19, 2026 
(Times are listed below; you must pick up at your assigned time)

Toy Distribution will occur at CityLight Church, located at: 5020 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, Florida.  Please enter off of 23rd Ave. This is a drive-thru event ONLY. Please stay in your car and have your Photo ID ready. Please be patient and expect delays as our volunteers help deliver Christmas to other recipients. Once you have your toys you will exit onto NW 51st street. Please do not line up more than one hour prior to the event. If you line up early, you WILL be asked to leave and return at your assigned pickup time!

Please bring your photo ID and control # with you to pick up. Important: You MUST pick up in the area where you registered (Alachua County residents pick up in Alachua County on their assigned date/time; Tri-County residents must pick up in Chiefland on their assigned date/time). No additional distribution dates will be offered, therefore you must plan ahead to ensure that you or someone you trust can pick up your toys on your assigned date. Toy Distribution will take place at the CityLight Church, located at: 5020 nw 23rd Ave, Gainesville, Florida.  Please enter off 23rd Ave.  This will be a drive through pickup.  Please stay in your car and have your government issued ID ready.  Please be patient and expect delays as our volunteers help deliver Christmas to other recipients. Once you have your toys you will exit onto NW 51st street. Please do not line up more than one hour prior to the event. Please bring your photo ID, control number, and approval email with you to pick up your toys. Because there is limited space, only ONE adult per household (the registered caregiver or authorized pickup person) will be allowed into the pickup line. Please ask any friends or family you have with you to wait for you in your vehicle or outside the distribution area. Note: You MUST pick up your toys in the area where you registered (Alachua County residents pick up in Alachua County on the date and time assigned). No additional distribution locations/times will be offered, therefore it is essential that you plan ahead to ensure that you (or the alternate authorized pickup person you listed on your application) can attend this event.
